• Linda Eastman, the first woman head librarian of the Cleveland Public Library and the first woman ever to hold that position in a library of that size

• Imam Clyde Rahman who built Cleveland’s first mosque from the ground up, making the first built by a predominantly African American congregation

• Florence H Oldenburg, a pioneer in civic and medical leadership

• Avery Hopwood, an internationally known playwright, author, and avid traveler of the early 1900s
